I've actually gained weight, but that's what I get for being a lazy pig. I'm babysitting again tomorrow, triplets. I really have no time for working out. Between school, babysitting and remembering to eat.. But I have to make time, I want to be healthy, I want to be happy and confident. Starting now, its my new years resolution to be down to 110 by September 1, 2012. Give myself a few months to lose hmm.. around 53 pounds. And we'll go from there. I'm going to eat mostly fruit, and drink water and fruit juice. I really want to find a place for our treadmill, and I actually think I can convince my mom to put it in a big empty space in the living room. But we'll see. For now I'll stick to crunches, push ups, exercise bike, sit ups, etc. All that jazz.
I'm looking up some good work out techniques to start off with, cause I really have not been working out.. at all. And me and my sister are thinking of signing up for a gym membership because she wants to lose weight as well. And I am encouraging her, cause I know she can do it. But she has a heart disease, so its gonna be a little bit harder than for me. Because with her heart, she can't exert too much. Or it can send her into a fit, and possibly have heart failure.
But she'll feel so much better losing weight! And at my weight now, she'll be at a healthy weight for her height. She's like 5'9". I'm 5'4".. short, but proud. :3 The lower weight I can be with still being healthy!
Last night, I went to my aunts for new years eve, and her birthday, and my cousin Sam, who was on the heavier side, she's gotten so small! She's like 94 pounds, and she was over 200!
Anyway, I've got to get ready for bed.. Night all!
Birthday is in a little over a month!
Yippee! I'll be fifteen, and this year, I'll be able to say, I used to be fat. And then spend the rest of my teenage years confident and skinny!
